We had a total deck rebuild and it is absolutely amazing!!! The crew was fast and paid attention to every little detail. My only regret is that I hadn’t found them sooner when I had previous work done. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Felipe, Anner and team were TERRIFIC. The whole process was exactly what you’d want. Quick and easy connection (phone call Thursday). Evaluation and proposal on Friday. Hand shake and signed the same day. The communication was impeccable. The timing was fantastic Thursday tear down — Tuesday wrap up, clean up and exit…for a 350 sq ft deck. They also went ABOVE filling in a spot where our walkway had busted and replaced a board to close the gap at our back door. If you can get them, use them! For any future projects, I’ll definitely be calling Felipe!
Felipe was the project manager for replacing my old deck that was in terrible condition. When I called Valen Properties for an estimate, Felipe responded on sight within two hours. I had consulted with other companies. Felipe was efficient, discussed my concerns and we agreed on a very reasonable price. My deck is 8ft above ground and 12x22. We agreed on a start date. The crew that worked everyday was very efficient and timely. My deck was completed in 6 days. The quality is outstanding !!! The crew removed all debris and I am ecstatic !!!
