Felipe and his team did a fantastic job replacing our old deck! Felipe was very responsive, detailed, flexible and pleasant. He and his team always showed up on time and completed the project super quickly. They built us a beautiful deck for a very reasonable price. We would definitely hire them again in the future!
Felipe and his team were excellent. Great response time and workmanship. He repaired major damage from a tree fall and restored my deck . I highly recommend them for any deck repairs!
Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and thorough in assessing the damage to our deck. They clearly explained the recommended repairs, provided fair pricing, and completed the work on schedule.

Valen completed some major deck repairs for me - rail and support post replacement. Showed up on time and did excellent work. Highly recommend.
Felipe and his team were excellent. Great pricing, very professional and they completed our deck and porch replacement on schedule. Extremely happy with our new deck, it looks great and far exceeds our expectations. Will definitely use them again for any future projects. Would highly recommend.
Felipe and his team were amazing and did incredible work! When we were under contract on our home, Felipe came out and quoted us to fix the deck and give us an idea of what needed to happen to make sure it was safe. Once we closed, he and his team came out quickly, completed the work beautifully, and we will certainly be calling them again in the future! Highly recommend Valen Properties!
I found Valen Properties LLC on google when I was looking for a second estimate on a deck repair for a property I manage. They were responsive, great customer care, had great pricing and did a fabulous job.
We had a total deck rebuild and it is absolutely amazing!!! The crew was fast and paid attention to every little detail. My only regret is that I hadn’t found them sooner when I had previous work done. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!
Felipe, Anner and team were TERRIFIC. The whole process was exactly what you’d want. Quick and easy connection (phone call Thursday). Evaluation and proposal on Friday. Hand shake and signed the same day. The communication was impeccable. The timing was fantastic Thursday tear down — Tuesday wrap up, clean up and exit…for a 350 sq ft deck. They also went ABOVE filling in a spot where our walkway had busted and replaced a board to close the gap at our back door. If you can get them, use them! For any future projects, I’ll definitely be calling Felipe!
Felipe was the project manager for replacing my old deck that was in terrible condition. When I called Valen Properties for an estimate, Felipe responded on sight within two hours. I had consulted with other companies. Felipe was efficient, discussed my concerns and we agreed on a very reasonable price. My deck is 8ft above ground and 12x22. We agreed on a start date. The crew that worked everyday was very efficient and timely. My deck was completed in 6 days. The quality is outstanding !!! The crew removed all debris and I am ecstatic !!! I will use this company in the future and will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.
Felipe and his crew did an excellent job repairing our deck stairs. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely use them again!
Felipe and his team provided excellent service during my deck repair and staining project. I especially appreciated his patience while I awaited approval from my HOA. The work was completed with great quality and in a timely manner. Thanks to his efforts, I am now able to enjoy spending time on my deck!
They rebuilt our deck exactly the way we asked. It is solid and well built! They cleaned up afterwards. They were easy to work with, timely and professional. I highly recommend using them for your next project. I will! Well done gentlemen. Thank you!!
Felipe was great to work with from the first time I spoke with him about an estimate all the way through completion of the demolition and the rebuilding of my deck. Pedro and his crew were prompt efficient and organized every day from beginning to completion. They did a wonderful job! I recommend Valen Properties LLC for any deck or porch needs you may have.
Felipe arrived on time, communicated clearly and did a great job on our deck staining.
Valen did a great job tearing out and replacing my old rotten wood deck. They matched the previous design perfectly but included new and much sturdier support beams and cemented posts. Fast and efficient and a great price!
They rebuilt most of my deck and it came out absolutely beautiful. They did a great job.
Felipe and his guys from Valen Properties did a great job building a back deck on my daughter’s house and repairing her front steps. Felipe quickly provided a detailed quote for the job and we did a thorough walk through after the job was completed.
Felipe and his guys did a great job on rebuilding my deck. They completed the project in half the time. He is a great person to work with
I was very happy with the workmanship of my new deck. And thanks for being helpful moving items off the old deck.
THIS COMPANY! I am more than just satisfied with my deck build result. Totally happy. It's built like a rock and looks great! The total cost was easy on the wallet (other quotes were outrageous). The owner of the company was prompt with replies and stayed in touch until the project was completed. Check out the pictures and consider Felipe for your next project.
Felipe and his crew did a wonderful job building me a new deck!!!
Felipe and his guys were amazing. We hired them to give our deck new life. They were on time and did a great job. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Couldn't be more pleased with Felipe, Pedro and his crew. Felipe came out the day after I called, did a walk through, took pics and measurements and had a very fair quote to me the next day. A week-ish later, Pedro and his crew were onsite leveling and repairing my deck, replacing the steps, and extending a privacy fence with a new gate. By the time they were done, I was already asking Felipe for quotes on some larger build/interior reno work and I can't wait to get started on the next project.
We love our new deck and porch Felipe and his team did a great job. Would recommend to anyone!
Felipe and his crew are amazing! We had a tree limb fall and destroy our deck. Felipe came, gave us a quote, had a crew come do demo and rebuild all in less than a week! Great to work with and great work!
Felipe and his team are high quality professionals. We were happy to have his team service our deck. They were prompt, courteous, and the craftsmanship was great!
Felipe and his team did an amazing job on my deck. They are very attentive to your request and he doesn’t leave the job until you the client says it’s perfect. They are very punctual when the project starts and his guys even clean up their workspace and move everything back to where it was. I’m a very happy client.
Great experience from start to finish! Felipe quickly responded to schedule a quote and was able to have his team start the same afternoon. His crew was prompt and did a wonderful job replacing my 2nd story deck stairs. I'd definitely use them again for future projects!

Felipe and his team did a great job on my deck repair project. Would recommend to anyone!
Absolutely amazing company came out super quick quality work cleaned up after I couldn't ask for a better experience with the company I highly recommend Valen properties. Our deck looks amazing the stairs were perfect and the whole team was so sweet and amazing. From the time I called for a quote to the time the deck was finished it was less than a week. Completely trustworthy company and a great value.
Five star experience! We have renovated several houses, and this is the first time we worked with them. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences ever! We had to put my dad in hospice care and get his house ready to sell. His deck was collapsing, so we called them on Wednesday to ask for a quote. They gave us the most reasonable quote out of four competitors by Thursday. By Friday morning, they had started work and by Sunday they were finished and left the site immaculately clean. The quality was amazing, the crew was so nice and polite, and it was one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with on every evaluation criteria (quality, price, responsiveness, customer service, respect to the neighbors, cleanliness, etc.). I highly recommend them!
My home looks like a brand new house after deck build and painting completed. Very nice and reliable staffs.
I love my new deck and has already received compliments. The workers were dependable and got the job done. I am very satisfied. I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.
The new Deck has greatly exceeded our expectations. True Proffessionals!😇
Filipe and crew rebuilt a deck on my duplex with a privacy fence. Filipe had given us a reasonable estimate, start time, and completion time which he and crew honored. Our new deck is sturdy and professionally constructed. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely refer Filipe to friends and family. He gets our stamp of approval! Tony P
Valen rebuilt my half rotted deck and did a fantastic job at the best price I could find. Felipe was very responsive and flexible during the estimate process and during construction. They also were very amenable to aesthetic requests and changes during and after construction. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
I had a large deck replacement done. Mr. Valenzuela was superb as was his team. They were punctual, professional and completed this large project ahead of schedule. Work site was cleared of all materials at the end of the job. I recommend them highly.
I am incredibly impressed with the deck installation done by Felipe and his crew! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Felipe was very Knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. The crew worked efficiently, paying attention to even the smallest details, and the quality of the deck exceeded my expectations. The final result looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Felipe and his team to anyone looking for top-notch deck installation.
Felipe and his team did an outstanding job on my front and back deck and price was less then half of all competitors. We had some issues with a couple of broken boards and he had his guys replace it immediately, I would use and recommend his team again, thanks for everything.
Very happy with my new deck. Valen Properties did an excellent job. They were professional and performed quality work. They were committed and finished the job earlier than expected. Highly recommend!
QUALITY WORK QUALITY BUILT DECK. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL.
Valen properties did an outstanding job with a deck repair. Felipe took the time to show me the damaged areas. He wanted to make sure that I understood the scope of work, and that I was comfortable with the proposed repairs. The crew was courteous, professional, highly skilled, and very efficient. The deck is so much more secure. I look forward to having friends over to enjoy their work. I would definitely use them again in the future.
I would definitely use Valen Properties for future projects. I am happy with the finished project, a sturdy deck. The deck was finished ahead of the scheduled completion date. The original deck was removed and 98%+ of the new deck was installed on day 1. The 2nd day was mostly touch-up work.
Excellent work. Everything I asked for. Tore down old above ground pool deck and replaced with beautiful, sturdy new deck. Can't wait to start enjoying it.
Felipe is the man. I had him do me a fence and a deck. Professional and knowledgeable. His crew did an excellent job and I would recommend him for any job.
They did not disappoint at all!! I love the deck that they built for my house. My previous deck was in terrible condition and I didn’t have stairs. They built the deck with stairs . My daughters and I are so pleased! Felipe was very professional, communicated every detail I needed to know, and set realistic expectations and stood by those expectations. I absolutely love my deck and would definitely recommend them! I look forward to hiring them again for some other projects in the future.
From day one Valen Properties, was extremely professional, I hired this company to replace my dry rotted deck. The owner of the company came to my house to give me an estimate and was promptly on time, he gave me a quote and from that moment on he communicated with me thru the whole process (communications is key when you are hiring a company to do work for you and Valen Properties was on top of that) I had a 10x8 deck and his staff were excellent and very polite and bilingual, his staff worked with professionalism and safety and the quality of work was GREAT!! Once the project was complete, we walked the site and everything was to my satisfaction and was told if I noticed anything later just to call him and they would return and see what needs to be done ... also the company was VERY HONEST. Great quality work!! Recommend these guys to anyone looking for a deck. They were in and just in time for the family and I to enjoy a few bbq days before it gets cold.we couldn’t be happier
Excellent service at Valen Properties! I believe I went through Angie's List or something to pull up contractors in my area because I had no idea who to contact for our fence and deck. Most were extremely over-priced. Valen turned out to be incredibly reasonable. From the moment Felipe arrived at my property to prepare an estimate, he was very professional. I was most impressed with his responsiveness. He always let me know what was going on, kept me informed, and addressed all my concerns. Valen went above and beyond the call of duty. There was a shortage of deck boards at most of the lumber yards due to COVID (I confirmed this by calling several!). This slowed the start date, but Felipe took it upon himself to visit several Home Depots and Lowes to collect the wood we needed. His crew worked incredibly hard to get the job done, even coming in on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
We just had our fence, back deck, and front porch power washed and repainted and stained. There were also some board repairs and minor touch-ups we asked them to do to the front porch. Felipe was very responsive and attentive. He frequently asked for feedback throughout the project and reminded us to ask for or point out things we wanted done to ensure we were happy. My only recommendation to others is to do your homework on researching the materials cost. The estimate he gave us for the paint, stain, and a couple boards after coming out to view the property was $350 but it ended up costing us about $700! That should've been something we could've researched prior, but we thought with his experience on these types of projects his estimate would've been more reliable. But that's also on us as well. Other than that, his crew was friendly and professional. They even moved our patio furniture out, and put it back. Just be sure to communicate well and often. Ask for what you want, and they'll do it to ensure you're happy.

Felipe and his team were amazing!!! Such quick and professional work. Could not recommend more!!!
Felipe and his amazing team did work on my home recently installing a new fence, wooden patio steps, a shed platform/foundation, as well as shower tile flooring. EVERYTHING turned out FANTASTIC!! The fence is exactly what I wanted and they even added some extra special touches to the patio steps and shed platform to ensure they both looked nice but were also functional. And here’s the kicker . . . it was all done in 3 days total and for a fair price. Stop looking and searching for contractors. CALL Felipe and book him. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Contacted them for a bathroom in my basement due to me being so close to labor. Fast response time, professional crew, high quality work. Reconstruction of our bathroom after a major leak took only 2 1/2 days. He also assisted in cost savings by allowing us to source our own materials, which brought the cost down significantly. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Valley Remodeling on a home renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team at Valley Remodeling displayed an unparalleled level of expertise, dedication, and professionalism. Their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The craftsmanship that went into every aspect of the project, from the initial design phase to the final touches, was beyond impressive. The team's commitment to quality was evident in every corner of the remodel – from the flawless tiling in the bathroom to the precision carpentry in the kitchen. Communication was a strong point throughout the project. The team at Valley Remodeling kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that I was always aware of the progress being made and any potential changes. They listened to my ideas and preferences, incorporating them seamlessly into the design while also offering valuable insights and suggestions. The professionalism exhibited by the entire team was truly commendable. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and maintained a clean and organized workspace. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority, as they went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the final outcome. Thank you for doing an excellent job for remodeling on the kitchen. The guys came out did a great job on removing the old cabinets and replacing it with new ones, and they cleaned up at the end and now I have a beautiful kitchen,I love it and I highly recommend him!
Amazing job on siding repair! 🔥🙌
Very professional, took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the job, but most of all, was very personable!
They are very professional and very good.🙏🙏😇😇
I am glad hiring Valen Properties for my bathroom remodeling. Will hire this business again for my second bath project.
Drywall and flooring replacement work quality was well done and in time. However, initial estimate quoted scope of flooring repair area 25% more than actual inspite of informing the discrepancy before commencing the work. At the conclusion of work, while proof showed 25% less work indeed, this contractor did not agree to remove the 25% excess charge.
Felipe is very responsive, quick and easy to work with. I had a difficult situation with extensive tree damage causing roof, ceiling, walls and floors to be replaced. It’s not an easy fix and I felt confident and reassured that he would be able to handle the job and do it well. I’m glad I found his company to handle this problem. He went above and beyond to solve the issues we ran across. Everything turned out great!
Could not ask for a more honest, trustworthy, contractor. Always on time, stayed late, even when we threw a curve ball request - never a problem. We will be contacting Valen Properties LLC for our future projects.
Juan and Felipe were excellent in planning, design and execution of our bathroom and kitchen remodeling. I is would definitely recommend them for any remodeling project!

Last year I hire Valen-Properties and trust me they did it so finely and with the prior precaution that I really recommend them to all. What I really like about Felipe & team is their keen inspection, work efficiency and quick turnaround time. Keep it up, guys!

Excellent service! Very satisfied with the work. Mr. Valenzuela remoled my bathroom and he did an amazing job. He also fixed a leak in my roof and it looks brand new. The prices were fair and he is very professional.
Inital communication was great and they did begin work promptly, however they did not complete the work anywhere near the agreed upon time--thus ruining the holidays, and they ran at least $10K overbudget. Basic things like measuring an area properly and then letting us know how much material would be needed, they couldn't get that right, forcing us to have to spend more and use mismatched materials due to their errors. On top of that, one of the guys spat in my home,on my dining room floor-- I kid you not! They did not cover expensive furniture items which are now ruined, and still haven't completed the work satisfactorily. I would recommend them solely for painting, even though they made a few errors there too, the painting was done quickly and mostly properly, however they seem incapable of completing larger projects to a high standard. They started out well but as the project dragged on, I had to ask them to leave multiple times due to my dissatisfaction. Each time the owner assured us the issues would be fixed, plus we were stuck with them as most contractor's I had come out after them were not willing to complete work others had started. All agreed that the work is subpar, however. Overall, we are dissatisfied however they say that they intend to come out and address these issues this week, so we shall see the outcome. UPDATE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WOTH FELIPE OR HIS COMPANY! After agreeing to fix the issues including electrical issues they have left in our home to deal with, Felipe showed up with the sheriff to demand his final payment, despite him not having completed the work! The sheriff agreed that typically final payment isn't given until the work is completed. Even the sheriff didn't understand his logic or his reasoning for being at my home at 7am!
