Valen Properties LLC provides home remodeling services including but not limited to deck repair and replacement, bathroom remodeling, kitchen installation, and drywall services in the Metro Atlanta area. All services are subject to a separate written contract between you and Valen Properties LLC.

• All estimates provided through our website are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of the property.
• Final pricing will be provided in a written contract before any work begins.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified.
• Additional work discovered during the project may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
